This has been a tremendous useless doorbell camera experience. Contacted support multiple times and reset the system which glitches again next night. Conclusion: it's not a very good system, and isn't worth the trust of security surveillance.

Im installing 4 outdoor camera pros to replace my current wifi cameras. I have all the tools (punch down, cat6 bulk cables, rj45 tips, and screws). I just want to make sure there won't be an issue. For instance, I read that the OCP punch down isn't standard, so my punch down tool may not work for it.
