Initially, it may be small; to include the ability to activate a forward presence capable of mobilizing staged Federal resources into the incident area. The JFO Planning, Logistics, and Finance/Administration Sections will also be scaled to the support needed to coordinate deterrent and protective security measures coordinated in the JOC.
