i literally just lost my entire flash drive and i dont know if ill ever find it again bc it might have gotten lost at walmart and it had like my entire lifes-worth of writing on it including 30k of a couple fanfics im really invested in writing rn also a TON of other fanfics id saved bc im paranoid id lose them and now i LOST THEM and i lost a bunch of drabbles also approx 20 folders worth of my art my fanart other peoples fanart memes and like an entire webnovel im really not very okay right now that was about three years worth of stuff just GONE and i dont know what to do.

Today I was feeling especially uninspired, and instead of reading some John Donne or Robert Frost poetry as I usually do, I found myself seeking out a chapter of a fic I am subscribed to on AO3. It’s a scene between the main pairing of the story, and when I tell you that the dialogue in it sings, it SINGS.
Dark stories deserve to exist
Because the world isn’t rainbows and butterflies and were allowed to speak about topics that might make someone “uncomfortable”. Because not speaking about it creates toxic stigma that makes those who experienced those things believe that they’re not allowed to speak.
