Not really much? Marketing? All vodkas are neutral spirits, but not all neutral spirits are Vodka? For TTB legal purposes Blue Fish is right on quoting the regs. But again, marketing. You sell "Vodka" to consumers, you buy/sell GNS from/to other businesses.
