BEVESPI AEROSPHERE is used as 2 inhalations, 2 times each day in the morning and in the evening, to improve symptoms of COPD for better breathing.

BEVESPI AEROSPHERE combines an anticholinergic, glycopyrrolate, and a long-acting beta2-adrenergic agonist (LABA) medicine, formoterol fumarate. LABA medicines, such as formoterol, when used alone can increase the risk of serious asthma-related events, including hospitalizations and death from asthma problems.

Most people will receive the 10.7 gram inhaler because it has 120 inhalations, and this will last 30 days if you use it regularly (2 puffs in the morning and 2 puffs in the evening).
Can you take Bevespi Aerosphere with COPD?

Can you discontinue Bevespi?
If immediate hypersensitivity reactions occur, in particular, angioedema, urticaria, or skin rash, discontinue BEVESPI at once and consider alternative treatment. BEVESPI can produce a clinically significant cardiovascular effect in some patients, as measured by increases in pulse rate, blood pressure, or symptoms.
Can you take Bevespi with other drugs?
Avoid co-administration of BEVESPI with other anticholinergic-containing drugs as this may lead to an increase in anticholinergic adverse effects
Is LABA monotherapy a class effect?
These findings are considered a class effect of LABA monotherapy. When LABAs are used in fixed-dose combination with ICS, data from large clinical trials do not show a significant increase in the risk of serious asthma-related events (hospitalizations, intubations, death) compared to ICS alone.
Usage Instructions

Storage
Store at room temperature away from light, moisture, and excessive heat. Do not store near an open flame. Do not store in the bathroom. Keep the product in the sealed pouch until you are ready to use a new inhaler. Throw away the inhaler 3 months after first opening the sealed pouch or after the last dose is inhaled, whichever comes first.
