ON.A. is comparable to other major cities, so long as you take into account the fact that it is part of an urban sprawl that extends for some 200 miles and includes multiple incorporated and unincorporated cities and city "centers." As the second largest such urban area in the U.S., it would only be fair to compare it to New York or Miami to understand it in context.
