What are the properties of a hemisphere?
- A hemisphere has a one curved surface area.
- Just like a sphere, there are no edges and no vertices in a hemisphere.
- A hemisphere is not a polyhedron since polyhedrons are made up of polygons, but a hemisphere has one circular base and one curved surface.

What is sacred geometry?
What is sacred geometry? Sacred geometry is essentially the study of the spiritual meaning of various shapes. It can be applied to the forms, numbers, and patterns seen throughout the natural world. The spiral of a snail's shell, the captivating pattern of a single snowflake, and the branches of a tree can all be examples of sacred geometry.

Why is geometry important in the human body?
Since geometries & their reciprocal mathematical ratios are evident in the human ecosystem, in the human body and all life-forms, they are now beginning to be used to understand the natural and human-made universe. For instance, while geometry is used for sketching to calculating distances, and the concepts are used for creating animations, video games, music, architecture, art, weather patterns, and more, there is more to geometry than just measuring and mapping. It is the language of the universe.
Is each corner of a geometric shape an independent event?
Moreover, each corner of a geometric shape is considered as an independent event. Furthermore, an event, in reality, could get redefined by a mere change in geometry since a single thread of events connects the corners of multiple imaginary worlds.
What is a GDL script?
GDL scripts define an ArchiCAD library part in its main roles, these are 3D model, 3D model projected to section/elevation or to 2D plan, 2D plan view, user interface display and behaviour and listing quantities.

What is GDL in CAD?
In computer-aided design, Geometric Description Language ( GDL) is the programming language of ArchiCAD library parts. GSM is the file format of these CAD objects.
Is intelligent parametric object better than default?
There are several commercial websites for selling high-detailed intelligent parametric objects, which are perhaps better and more variable than the default libraries, for example there are a lot of environmental objects like plants, people or garden elements, which are not included in the original software.
Is GDL free?
GDL is a free technology (although ArchiCAD itself is a commercial software), it is allowed and possible to develop GDL based object libraries using free tools like Graphisoft LP_XMLConverter and Graphisoft GDL Web Plug-In.

Introduction to Lituscan, a language from Iron Age Italy
I have seen, too regularly, various romlangs from conlangers. Some of them feel like a particular branch of romance languages, others feel like something new. But, all Romance is a family of languages all descended from Latin, it isn't one of the great sub-branches of Indo-European (as it is often seen for the purpose of convenience).

The Lost Bow
I finally got around to writing another short early fable in Sojňa/Сойҥа. Again, it is not supposed to be deep or even competent literature. The main aim is to explore this early culture and have some reason for their language to exist in the first place – I do not like creating words or grammatical concepts without an example use.
Why use Geometric Mean?
The arithmetic mean is the calculated average of the middle value of a data series. It is accurate to take an average of independent data, but weakness exists in a continuous data series calculation.
Example of the Geometric Mean in Finance
Return, or growth, is one of the important parameters used to determine the profitability of an investment, either in the present or the future. When the return or growth amount is compounded, the investor needs to use the geometric mean to calculate the final value of the investment.

What is the difference between angularity and perpendicularity?
Perpendicularity means flatness at 90 degrees to a datum . It specifies two perfect planes the feature plane must lie in between. Parallelism means straightness at a distance.
Why does X-Y tolerancing leave a zone in which inspection would have produced a false negative
X-Y tolerancing leaves a zone in which inspection would have produced a false negative because while the hole is not within the X-Y square, it would fall within the circumscribed circle. Stanley Parker, an engineer who was developing naval weapons during World War II, noticed this failure in 1940.
Definitions
A theory of first-order logic is geometric if it is can be axiomatised using only axioms of the form ⋀ i ∈ I ϕ i , 1 ∨ ⋯ ∨ ϕ i , n i ⟹ ⋁ j ∈ J ϕ j , 1 ∨ ⋯ ∨ ϕ j , m j {\displaystyle \bigwedge _ {i\in I}\phi _ {i,1}\vee \dots \vee \phi _ {i,n_ {i}}\implies \bigvee _ {j\in J}\phi _ {j,1}\vee \dots \vee \phi _ {j,m_ {j}}} where I and J are disjoint collections of formulae indices that each may be infinite and the formulae φ are either atoms or negations of atoms.

Overview
In computer-aided design, Geometric Description Language (GDL) is the programming language of ArchiCAD library parts. GSM is the file format of these CAD objects.
Area of usage
These objects are similar to blocks in AutoCAD, but unlike blocks, these are parametric, and the 2D and 3D features are connected, so in any view one can get the correct visualization (for example a side view on the section, top view on plan, and perspective in the 3D view). GDL scripts define an ArchiCAD library part in its main roles, these are 3D model, 3D model projected to section/elevation or to 2D plan, 2D plan view, user interface display and behaviour and listing qua…
Licensing
GDL is a free technology (although ArchiCAD itself is a commercial software), it is allowed and possible to develop GDL based object libraries using free tools like Graphisoft LP_XMLConverter and Graphisoft GDL Web Plug-In.
Technical information
The GDL programming language is BASIC-like. It has the same control flow statements and variable logic.
In 2D and 3D in GDL, all the model elements are linked to a local right-handed coordinate system. For placing an element in the desired position, you have to move the coordinate system to the desired position (and orientation), then generate the element itself. Every movement, rotation or …
