John is the founder of NexMove and an international catalyst for the Global Diaspora Network (a Lausanne interest group). At the Next Move Program, we teach our students work readiness skills that not only prepare them for employment, but help them maintain it. We teach them social skills that help them build confidence and build relationships. And we prepare our students for a life of greater independence through education in essential life skills.
Train
Through partnerships with area businesses and opportunities within our own Tablespoons Bakery program, we provide guided job training and transferable work experiences for our students, helping them realize their potential and achieve their employment goals. Because all people, of all abilities, deserve the opportunity to work.

The Catalysts represent 5 continents and gathered in New York in 2018 to share vision and heart for the NXT Move. Each Catalyst identified leaders under the age of 40 who then formed the Dubai 2019 Delegates. The Catalysts met for the second time in London in July 2019.
