Is NorthStyle legitimate?
Scam artists. Never received a confirmation email on my order or a tracking number or my merchandise. They did take my money though and went through hell trying to get it back. Clearly an overseas scam company that cheat their customers and take you personal info.

Horrible!!! Do not buy from this company
Horrible!!!! Ordered a jacket beginning of October, It took almost 7 weeks to get it. Another 7 weeks for them to acknowledge receiving it. And a replacement with a totally crappy zipper showed Jan 10. I was told there would be ar efund for the first one. Nope. I was told in January it was refunded even though it's not in the bank.

If I could give no stars I would. When you check getting a catalog it puts you into a VIP program. This VIP program I was not aware of. They were charging me 14.95 a month. Beware. It says you can get rebates on your shipping but they don’t. I will never purchase from NorthStyle or it’s affiliates again. Bad company. Beware.

Customer Beware!!! A year ago, I purchased a single item from NorthStyle. Today an unauthorized $14.95 "VIP Membership" fee was charged to my credit card. I immediately called Customer Service and demanded a full and immediate refund.
Extremely long delay in processing order
I placed an order on Dec. 31, 2021, and on Jan. 1, 2022, they sent me an e-mail that claimed that my credit card company denied payment because my address didn't match what the credit card company had on file. I checked my order online and it had my correct address (which has been the same for 20+ years).
Terrible customer service
I ordered a Christmas sweater on 11/8. I signed up for a 10% discount if I gave my email address but it was not applied when I ordered. I called and was told it would be applied. It had not arrived by December so I emailed customer service on 2 separate occasions with no response.
Really slow order fulfillment
Item ordered December 8, 2021. On January 3, 2022 items still haven't been received. Don't you think this is too long? And there's no way to contact customer service that I can see. Circular links.
