Not Paying Employees on Time
Taking out taxes and payments to PAYCHEX but NOT to employees. This is just this weeks new issue. I’ve had continues problems with paychex for the entire past year with a new problem almost weekly. This company is a complete disaster and should close its doors. You cannot reach anyone, account managers or supervisors.

worse company to deal with. Just trying to turn in our payroll hours. I have been put on hold for 45+ minutes only to get disconnected, only to start over again. I talked to 3 different people who just bounce you around & you guessed it....back on hold another hour. guess what disconnected.
Very difficult to reach anyone
Very difficult to reach anyone. Multiple issues with payroll, frequent account representative turn over. Issues with the phone system results in long wait times and then being randomly disconnected.
Poor business ethics
I was a Paychex customer whose business was impacted by COVID in 2021 and unfortunately my business went under in May 2021 so I no longer had a payroll to process and therefore had to close my Paychex account.
So disappointing after 11 years - No customer service and supervisors don't reply
I have been with Paychex for about 11 years. The customer service has totally changed and now there is no assistance. I was assigned a new specialist that is on leave and I have never been able to reach her. I cannot get help or a call back. The receptionist - Linda, just puts you in the 30 minute call wait. Linda should be fired.

Very poor customer service. I never have confidence that my questions will be addressed. I reached out to 4 different contacts at Paychex to help me with establishing a policy and I did not hear back from one of them. They are about to lose our business.
