The reference chart is a way to keep track of those facts for future reference when they are trying to prove new facts. At the beginning of the course, the chart is blank. Students continue adding entries and referring to them through unit seven. Each entry includes a statement, a diagram, a type and the date.
What happens if a quick reference guide isn't visually appealing?
If your quick-reference guide isn’t visually appealing and easy to follow, your users won’t find it useful. You don’t have to create a total work of art to make a good quick reference guide. Sometimes a simple screenshot annotated with arrows, text, etc. can be enough to get someone the information they need.
What is a quick start guide?
As noted above, a quick-start guide is one of the most common types of quick-reference guides. So, while not all quick-reference guides are quick-start guides, all quick-start guides are quick-reference guides.
Do quick reference guides need more text?
Not all quick-reference guides will be as simple as the one I created. Some will need more text, others will need more images. Some will need more complex layouts. Depending on the subject, it may be longer.

Reproducing Images, Charts, Tables & Graphs. Reproducing happens when you copy or recreate an image, table, graph or chart that is not your original creation. If you reproduce one of these works in your assignment, you must create a note underneath the image, chart, table or graph to show where you found it.

Do you need a full citation for clip art?
According to APA, clip art images from Microsoft programs such as Word and Microsoft PowerPoint do not need a full citation. Instead put a note in-text after the image to specify which software package the clip art image came from, e.g. Image from Microsoft Word 2010.
