What is in the Stribild pill?
How to use Stribild. Do not skip any doses. If you take antacids, take the antacids at least 2 hours before or 2 hours after this medication. This medication works best when the amount of drug in your body is kept at a constant level. Therefore, take this drug at evenly spaced intervals. To help you remember, take it at the same time each day.
How do you take Stribild?
Bone problems can happen in some people who take Stribild. Bone problems include bone pain, softening, or thinning (which may lead to fractures). Your healthcare provider may need to do tests to check your bones. Changes in your immune system (Immune Reconstitution Syndrome) can happen when you start taking HIV-1 medicines.

Thus, coadministration of Stribild with drugs that are primarily metabolized by CYP3A or CYP2D6, or are substrates of P-gp, BCRP, OATP1B1, or OATP1B3, may result in increased plasma concentrations of such drugs. Coadministration of Stribild with drugs that have active metabolite (s) formed by CYP3A may result in reduced plasma concentration of these active metabolite (s) (Table 5).
