If you are thinking of setting up knowhow cloud, be very careful. My 5 year subscription came to an end and I didn't renew in time. The only way I was able to then get access to my data was by paying £160 for a new five year subscription. I couldn't renew for a single year and the cost of a new subscription was cheaper !

Hi Purchased a American style fridge freezer from currys and had a knowhow warranty. In all fairness it as been a good fridge freezer up until it broke down this week had it for nearly 5/6years if not more. So when I telephone to say it had broken down and had been paying all this time they told me an engineer would be sent out.?.
Not satisfied with service at all
Not satisfied with service at all. My new phone broke after two weeks of using it. Was sent back for repair for over one month. Nobody called to update me what is going on. After many times i went to the store and was promised a better phone because of my patience , i ended up being given the same phone at the end.
My fridge has stopped working properly
My fridge has stopped working properly, so I rang up team know how, on 14/02/2022. It took me over an hour to get a code for a repair, after being pushed from pillar to post. The last person I spoke to, was the only one, who actually helped. The next available date was the:22/02/2022, (which is over a week away) I couldn’t accept, as I have an appointment on that date. So now they are coming out on: 23/02/2022. I don’t know, how they expect me to live without a fridge until then, it’s absolutely ridiculous. I have kids at home, it’s half term next week. I’m very disappointed in there plan. I have other policies, with D&G and so far, I have not had any problems with them..
Tv and installation from currys
Purchased a tv from currys, for ease and peace of mind also the bracket and installation service. Installers Orderworks, call me up on the day of installation basically telling me the bracket I bought from currys is rubbish and I have to pay for 'proper' screws as the ones in the box are too flimsy. In all about 80 extra when installers arrive.
Over a month with faulty Product!
Really unhelpful and frustrating from currys and beko. Our tumble dryer had stopped working on the 27/28th of December 2021. There was no power at all and would not turn on. Had called curry’s who had sent out an engineer who explained we needed a part which was not in stock. So we waited over 10 days for the part to arrive.
Sahir Malik has excellent customer care skills
Sahir Malik (Carphone Insurance team) had totally impressed me with her superb customer care skills and expertise in resolving my long standing and frustrated problem (4 months) that neither EE nor ID nor carphone staff at Currys were able to resolve. However Sahir was able to resolve my problem with just one phone call on Tuesday night (01/02/22) and I cannot thank her enough for her intervention.
Opps
Spoke to customer services was informed that there was nothing they could do informed me that i have to speak to my provider but my provider 02 can not do nothing as i took the phone out at carphone warehouse i know my phone is blacklisted through team knowhow and only team knowhow are able to un black list my phone every time i put a sim inside the phone there is no service.
