Does T-Mobile replace screen protectors for free?
How do I get unlimited screen replacements through Protection<360>? As a Protection<360> customer, if you purchase an eligible screen protector from T-Mobile on the same day you enroll in Protection<360> or after, you can get it replaced in-store at no additional cost. (This excludes liquid glass screen protectors.)

This app is awesome, I had never filed a claim faster than this. I had a lot of trouble using mytmoclaim online, but this makes it a lot easier and faster. It took me like 5 minutes and everything was process rapidly and my claim was approved. Really glad this app exists, thank you. more

The company has its up and downs. They really care about its customers but not much about its employees. Pay is good. I was with sprint then we merged to tmobile.
What a joke
I'm immune-compromised, omicron is surging in my workplace and my local leadership and the leadership for the overall company is just pretending it's not happening. Many people are nervous, and WFH should be an option but they really want to push people into the office. People's lives are less important to them than the bottom line.
Okay place to work
It’s a decent place with some good pay, however unless you want to stay on the customer service side, it is hard to advance. The company tmobile does do a lot for their employees. But management can be a real pain to deal with.
Tech Expert - Great job, bad management
Enjoyed the job - it was quite easy. Don't stray away from the exact talk dialogue they want you to say or you'll be meeting with management. I was very high in the company as far as rankings go and they still made me change everything. Also don't ask for days off - you'll be made to feel extremely small / bad for doing so.
As a technical support representative not much room for growth
Started off as a great place to work but as of recently starting to see this place for what it is. In technical support there is not much room for growth have to change lines of businesses in order to climb up in company. Treated great at times and treated like crud at others.
Irate customers bad management
Managers don’t help. They leave you to fend for yourself. Every customer that calls is mad and has every right to be. The service sucks. They want you to sell to a customer who is mad because they want better service

Being part of Building the Downtown Chicago 5G network
My day started at 3:00 am to be onsite at 4:30 am to complete power work in the maintenance window. Then waiting for the arrival of the tower crew and begin changing out each sector. The hardest part was getting up and sometimes the long days when we run into issues.
Great job, lousy company
I worked for the company as a Field Technician for more than 12 years. Compensation was ok but not great. The management both local and national may as well have stayed home . They blue a lot of hot air but then never followed through with anything.
Great company
Besides being laid off it is a great company to work for. I enjoyed working at T-Mobile but I can't cant say the same about a lot of the TVision field technicians. They were garbage and useless.
Great Benefits, Poor managment in smaller markets
I worked for the company over 9yrs. Worked in different positions. Over that time. Compensation was good, However managment did not follow the company values. They managed each store under their own rules. HR was never there to help the employee. Did not care about safety for Field Technicians!
