Is Villa del Palmar a good hotel?

Pools were well kept, and the activities on site were fun and worth it. Diego, was able to set us with great excursions! Villa del Palmar is great for those who want to get out and enjoy the city.

Sayulita

Small area/beach, claustrophobic. I think enough to do entertainment wise. Just expensive due the mass amounts of CA residents/expats/business owners, wifi is also weak unless you are at a top place like Sayulita Hotel. Surf break is essentially one peak and crowded, the locals don't really share it. One week tops here.

Guadalajara

I spent ten months in Guadalajara from roughly December 2020 to September 2021. By the end, I personally had enough of being in a city, but it was nothing particular to Guadalajara compared to any other city of a comparable size. I really appreciated the cost of living here and the great vegan/vegetarian options for eating.

Guanajuato

I have stayed in Cuidad de Guanajuato on two separate occasions in 2020 (February and December) for a total of about a week. Overall, I spent around a month in Guanajuato state in 2020. In that time I spent most of my time in El Tigre, Xoconostle, and Yuriria. We really fell in love with Cuidad de Guanajuato.

San Miguel de Allende

This is a very charming old town with really beautiful infrastracture and bakeries. I stayed in one of the traditional villas with a balcony overlooking the entire town. I love hanging around in the coffee shop, and even starbucks looks artesanal.

Queretaro

Stayed here for about a month. Queretaro is a great foodie place, and you'll enjoy the old colonial city and a view of the aqueduct. The weather is favorable, safety is high, middle class majority and also very walkable. But aside from that, it can get really boring like a mexican suburbia. It is like a watered-down version of mexican culture.

Cabo San Lucas

Very very touristy. Great if you want to go scubaing, terrible for all other reasons

Torreon
