6 hours ago I agree with the others in that it won't really make a difference between pyramid or needle spikes. Personally, I think I went with fillers (It was awhile ago). I've seen others put two spikes in the front of each shoe and fill the rest with fillers. With that course, I don't think there's a right or wrong way to go. Best of luck.
