Not much. Seats are a touch bigger, food may be slightly different. You still get the same bad attitude and service from cabin crew as you do in Coach. BA Economy is called "World Traveller". BA Premium Economy is called "World Traveller Plus". But BA's Business Class is hardly up to the standard of many other airlines either - so you shouldn't expect too much no matter where you sit.
