WUAHandler.log Provides information about when the Windows Update Agent on the client searches for software updates. UpdatesStore.log Provides information about the compliance status for the software updates that were assessed during the compliance scan cycle.

If an update is listed as missing in the log what does that mean? Ive been away from SCCM for over a year and forgotten....doh!

It means that it is not installed on the client. If it is deployed to the client you can see it beeing installed later in the log file.

Summary
