Resetting the Gateway somehow fixes cable issues
So for whatever reason the small x1 cable boxes we have seem to spontaneously stop working every 1 or 2 nights. All the channels give an error when trying to change it, though the one it is currently on still works. Somehow the solution to this problem is resetting the x1 gateway.

We were watching Netflix and all of a sudden it went back to the main menu but no apps displayed. When trying to use the help feature I get ENT-22013. I have restarted through the menu several times, unplugged for 5 mins plugged it back in, even reset the gateway. So far no luck, is there anything else I can do to resolve it?
