I don't think you want to go down that road. First, I doubt a marriage in any state that allows marriage by a 17 y.o. without parental consent would be valid if you merely fled your parents' objection in IL to marry somewhere else.

The law in Illinois states if you come here to get married to avoid restrictions in the state you reside in, your marriage will not be valid. The law is likely similar throughout the country. Regardless, I think every state in the country requires both to be at least 18 to marry without parental consent.
