What time does Fortnite's Showtime Event Begin?

According to in-game posters and tweets from Marshmello himself, the Showtime event is expected to start at 2 p.m. EST February 2 at the staging area in the middle of Pleasant Park. Epic has also added the Showtime LTM. Players will be able to watch the show with respawn enabled.
