I loved it! I decided not to bake them but deep fry. So much easier and cooks better! I recommend using vegetable oil and putting a poo corn kernel in till it pops and then you know that your oil is hot enough to make the chip

So, first off, you have to fry them. I’m a chef and I was suspect of this recipe when I ran across it, and rightly so. They don’t taste like salt and vinegar chips whatsoever. Tastes like salt. That’s it. I would suggest getting a vinegar powder and maybe some nutritional yeast. Cut the potatoes at 1.5 mm. That’s the exact width you need.
