What happened to the Moore Warren?
Went to the balcony at the Moore warren and let me tell you. the services has went downhill as long as the quality of food and drink menu. Before regal bought it, it was me and my family's weekend getaway the best theatre in town, now I want ever go back unless they return to the old warren food and drink menu and quality of service and uniforms.
Should Regal bring back Bill Warren's menu?
This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. Bring back the old food and drink menu that Bill Warren had in place. Regal has came in and destroyed everything Bill Warren had in place and now me my family and friends refuse to go back.
What happened to Bill Warren’s restaurant?
That has been a lot better as of late but now they go and downgrade the menu in the diner and balcony. Bill Warren had set the bar so high with cleanliness, service and amenities that anytjing less is disappointing. Has Regal Cinema gone downhill?
Ever since Regal Cinema purchased this amazing cinematic venue everything has gone downhill. The staffing has been cut, regardless of how busy they are on Friday and Saturday's. The coveted mints have gone away, pricing has increased for absolutely no reason, since the service is worse. Employees seem upset as well and seem to be taking it out on guests. Customer Service is long gone just like our Moore Warren Theatre.
Has Regal taken over Moore Warren?
It's obvious that Regal has officially taken over Moore Warren. Weekday Services is Terrible!!! Purchased online tickets for I-Max theater which is on the "Far North" side of the building. Doors are locked !! find a small sign taped to door "go to main entrance for tickets" (this means walking halfway round the building in the cold, then fighting the mob to get in and retrieve tickets.) This caused everyone (at least 30+ people) to be late to the start of the movie. To top it off the concession stand for the IMAX theater area is closed.?!? .. I found an employee through passing and asked ("why the doors were locked and Why the concession stand was closed?") Employee responded (" they now close doors and concession stand for imax during the week")
Is Moore Warren disgusting?
Ever since Regal bought the Moore warren it has been disgusting! Cleaning barely happens in the theaters, ripped carpet everywhere, lights out in bathrooms, only main concession open, broken seats, etc. I got to my seats and one had jr mints squished all over it and the other has what looked like cheese all over it and I was told to put a napkin over it! If Regal is going to monopolize the theaters then the least you can do is provide adequately clean theaters and lights that work in the bathroom.
