The oil filter is located behind the right (passenger) inner fender cover. It is right next to the crankshaft pulley at the bottom of the front of the engine facing toward the right front wheel. filter is inside of the fuel tank and its a part of the fuel pump assembly. you need to remove the bottom section of the rear seat via 2 clips at the bottom of th eseat.you need a special tool to remove the lock ring on the top of the fuel tank. you wil also need a new o-ring to close itback up.

It should be somewhere inline with your fuel lines that come from the gas tank. Find the tubes that come out of the tank underneath the car, and follow them along the body all the way to the engine. Somewhere inline there should be a filter. You might need a special tool to get it off though.
