The starter is on the driver side of the block, pretty close to the lower steering shaft. I know you said the battery is new, but have you checked to see if by chance it died again? I'll walk to the store to replace the battery if I have to and avoid replacing that starter where it is located.

No I have not because I just got the battery so I assumed it was not the battery I do not leave nothing on or anything so why would the battery die
