LOG-BOLC on the other hand spends their precious time re-hashing stuff Lieutenants mostly learned from their commissioning source (e.g. ROTC, West Point, OCS) like writing and briefing skills, in addition to wasting valuable time teaching a couple modules from the wildly ineffective resiliency training, and sporadic wave-tops and deep-dives into disparate parts of the logistics triad–like spending two-days teaching Lieutenants 80+ slides pulled from the enlisted Advanced Individual Training (AIT) about “subsistence” and “what’s in an MRE.”
