Who played Nan in Game of Thrones?
The next new addition to the list is ' Old' Nan played by Annette Tierney in this episode but previously by the late great Margaret John in two episodes of Season 1. As John passed away before the airing of the first season of Game of Thrones, I'm pretty sure the showrunners have quietly let the character die off screen in between Season 1 and 2, hence why I've marked the character as deceased. Still, it was cool getting to see the character back on screen again for nostalgia purposes and to see her make the list. Nan feels like a much more important character than some on the list, thanks to such a strong performance and her important part in Winterfell's likeability.

What season of Bran is the Three Eyed Raven?
The ' Three Eyed Raven' makes the list this week although he should have been on it years ago rightfully. The Three Eyed Raven is a complicated character to add to the list because technically he's appeared in Seasons 1 and 3 as a literal three eyed raven. I wasn't going to include these appearances as I see that raven as more of a symbolic manifestation leading Bran to his ultimate goal conjured by the actual man-form raven than the raven himself. Then I thought to myself that I do include other animals (the dragons, the direwolves) and dream characters so it's only fair that I include the actual raven too. The three eyed raven simply appears as a raven in 3 episodes of Season 1 and 2 episodes of Season 3. We hear his human voice as portrayed by Struan Rodger in Season 4, Episode 2: "The Lion and Rose" and see him physically in human-form in Season 4, Episode 10: "The Children", also portrayed by Rodger. Max von Sydow has taken other the role in Season 6.
Who plays Euron Greyjoy in Season 6?
We're definitely going to see (and have seen) some new additions to the list from appearances in this episode. Pilou Asbæk makes his first appearance as Euron Greyjoy who should make the list by the end of Season 6. The actor seems charismatic but he's considerably younger than Malahide and I felt his definite involvement in Balon's death lacks any of the subtlety or intrigue. Nice to see Gemma Whelan back as Yara again, the first time since her one-off appearance in Season 4.
Who plays Moro in Spartacus?
Joe Naufahu as Moro : As soon as he makes the list, he's struck off it! Moro is one of only two characters definitively killed off by just as they make the list. I'm not familiar with Naufahu as an actor although I know people were excited about his casting this season because people enjoyed him in Spartacus. It seemed like they were going to make Moro more than a just one-dimensional character when he appeared in the Season 6 premiere but it looks like those plans fell by the wayside. Moro is little more than a background character in 6x02 and in this episode, he was downgraded to being a sexist khal threatening Dany with rape, despite vouching for her previously. *sigh* I feel the writers are blowing their loads too early (I don't mean it that way - get your mind out of the gutter) by killing off so many characters in quick succession.#N#The show had a chance to show us a Dothraki perspective or introduce ones with more shades than barbarians who love to violently take everyone and everything and it failed. Instead, it went for a heavy-handed message of Dany stands up against the patriarchy and an emotionally manipulative callback to the Season 1 finale and Season 3's conquer of Astapor. On a superficial level, I loved seeing Dany take action and have her use her flameproof powers (which are limitless in the show as opposed to the books). But I felt this was pandering to all the critics who attack the show for sexism. Yes, Game of Thrones has many powerful women which is cool. However, alongside that, it's always had issues with sexism that its failed to address. I'm also fairly sure that the Dothraki will go back to being background now that Dany's little excursion is done when they had a chance to show us more than just the primitive aspects of the culture. Maybe I'll be wrong. And to play devil's advocate, maybe the show just won't have enough time to focus on so many characters.
Who is the maester in the Boltons?
So we have THREE new additions to the guest cast list. Richard Rycroft makes his fourth appearance as Maester Wolkan this week, meaning that he really should have been added to the list last week. However, I failed to notice him in Season 5 when he appeared in the episodes 'High Sparrow' (5x03) and 'Hardhome' (5x08) presumably in a non-speaking role. However, he's getting a chance to act this season, looking appropriately terrified of the new Lord Bolton and his rein in last week's episode and this week. For those of you - even book readers - wondering who Wolkan is, he's the maester to the Boltons at Winterfell. He's an original character in the show.
