Starlight - Good - Quit The Seven
My personal favorite has always been Starlight, otherwise known as Annie. Does that make me basic? Probably. But I can’t help that she’s a genuinely good person that still has moral lines when it comes to being a superhero. Starlight comes to The Seven wanting to make a difference. Her goal in life was to be a superhero.
Queen Maeve - Good - Believed To Have Died But Is Actually Retired
There is probably not a single person in the world who doesn’t feel bad for Queen Maeve. Black Noir – Evil-Ish - Deceased
This was another one I had trouble with but after some thinking, Black Noir is certainly evil-ish.
Stormfront – Evil - Deceased
I really don't need to explain why she’s evil. Stormfront is a literal Nazi who wants to take over the world and eliminate anyone who’s not a supe, and basically have a race of superheroes because she feels that they are better than anyone. She is willing to kill whoever she must to get that goal and will risk everything to achieve what she wants.
Homelander - Evil - Active
Is Homelander eviler than Stormfront? Yes. So much yes. And for one reason only - he’s had more time to show just how evil he is, and has done so many more horrible things. 10. Blindspot

9. The Deep
One of the first heroes we meet, The Deep ( Chace Crawford) finds himself sinking toward the bottom of the rankings. As his name would suggest, The Deep has amazing aquatic powers.
8. Lamplighter
One of the earlier members of The Seven, Lamplighter ( Shawn Ashmore) was replaced by Starlight, with not much being known about him in the first season. Season 2, however, enlightens us to his abilities. We see him inside the Sage Grove Center incinerating patients after failed experiments, showing off his impressive pyrokinetic abilities.
7.A-Train

5. Queen Maeve

Who is Starlight on the Seven?
Starlight is one of the most recent additions to the Seven's rotating rost er, but she's been combating crime and honing her powers all her life. Regardless, Starlight's powers are no laughing matter. Though not her primary tools in battle, her base Compound V enhancements can't be ignored.

The premise of The Boys is a fascinating one: Superheroes are packaged and presented by a huge corporation to seem like the beacons of hope people want them to be, but behind the scenes, they're messed-up people with messed-up problems. Is the Supe the fish guy?
There's also the fact that a huge portion of the Supe's character arc has to do with him getting over being "the fish guy," as Star light mockingly dubs him. Why is the team called the boys?

What happened to Hughie in The Boys?
Often called by his nickname "Wee Hughie," Hughie first experiences the world of superhumans firsthand when his girlfriend Robin is accidentally killed by 'A-Train', during a fight in which the latter was subduing another "supe" while traveling faster than the speed of sound. The other supe was thrown at high speed into Robin, and both of them impacted a nearby brick wall, instantly killing Robin and leaving Hughie holding her now severed hands and forearms. Due to this experience, Butcher recruits him to take Mallory's vacated spot on the Boys, and would later inject him with Compound V, without Hughie's permission.
What is the purpose of the boys?
The Boys are a CIA black ops team, initially created by Col. Greg Mallory to manage, police, and sometimes liquidate Vought. While this is in part to help protect normal humans from the actions of the largely out of control "supes," this is also to ensure that the company lacks the stability or the platform to push the use of superhumans in national defense. Over time, the team's focus changed due to Butcher's increased influence, from one of management and containment to one of direct confrontation. As Mallory notes in #55, 14 people were killed by the Boys from 1987 to 1995 and "nearly three times that number" between 1995 and 2002, when Butcher had gained more influence. This coincides with Mallory's belief in Issues #54–55 that in spite of the seductiveness of the concept of special forces teams, the application of them can often go wrong as they try to justify their budgets and create their private conflicts. As a result, Mallory feels that the original concept for the team has gone awry, and would never have created the unit as it currently stands.

- A-Train is one of those superheroes where you want them to be good so bad but they still end up making poor decisions one way or another.
