The lack of good customer service is why I buy almost exclusively from online retailers. I can honestly count on one hand the number of times I've gone in a gun store and felt welcome there. Hell I'd even rather go to academy half the time. I don't want to disparage the good gun shop owners and employees, but does anyone else feel this way? Maybe I've just been unlucky?
