No room for advancement depending which site you are in. Good work experience if you are trying to get in the government sector. Other than that the work life balance is pretty good with 9/80 schedule, 120 PTO and 30+ personal holiday hours.

BAE has been great for my family. Really good aboit work life balance. That is more supervisor based than company driven though. Work can get stressful at times but need to make sure you get away. Pay could be a little more on par with the area.
