I have been an Remicade about a year now. I have scleritis which is inflammation in my eyes. This condition could have caused vision loss for me. I was on prednisone for over two years to help with the inflammation and severe headaches. Remicade allowed me to get off the prednisone (steroids). I gained a lot of weight being on the prednisone.

I have been on Remicade for a little over 2 years. It has been a miracle drug for me. I have only slight side effects (sleepiness afterward). I am prone to Cold Sores and usually get one about a week after my infusion. Other than that, I can't believe what a life saver this has been. I have not had a Crohn's flare since June 2018.
