I woke up yesterday (Friday) to a room-temperature fridge and rapidly spoiling groceries. If your projects have been "shelved" (heh) due to high construction grade wood prices, it might be worth checking in again. I truly never thought we'd see these prices again. Not all of it is back down to earth where I live (desert southwest), but enough of it has come down that price isn't the problem anymore.
