I have a wall that when it rains, water is getting in. I have clear all the soil from around the outside and have also tried to seal the wall using Thomson wall sealer but the water still comes in. I can not see anywhere it may be coming in but it still does. The wall is a block wall on a concrete slab.

You cannot see where it's coming in? Where does the water finish up - as a puddle on the floor? I'd suggest you try and find out whether it's permeating the actual wall itself, or coming in at floor level where the wall sits on the slab - 'cos the cures are likely to be different. You've already cleared the soil from around the outside - where is the soil level at the moment compared to the internal floor level?.

The water ends up on the floor in a puddle, the wall looks to be wet about 1" to 2" from the floor. I can not see any where on the wall where it may be coming in. The soil is now level with the slab at one side but below at the other. The water is coming at the back corner but where the soil is below the top of the slab is where the water is.

I'd also like to have the soil removed to - ooh - 6" below slab level all around. Dig a shallow trench at least a foot wide and back-fill with gravel - but keep this below slab level too.

The wall is block with a pitched tile roof, and yes the walls are rendered. I have applied 2 coats of sealer to outside of the walls but still have this leak. I can not get the soil any lower due to a wall being behind the garage which holds the rest of the garden up.

I don't suppose that you've over looked anthing simple like the guttering being blocked, a down pipe being split or the water escape route for these being blocked up, such as a leaf trap/gulley.

It's long time to post here but I have tried fixing it when water is leaking under the slab. used masonry chisel to and enlarge the crack to some inches.
