why is my wallpaper falling off the wall

If your wallpaper fell completely off the wall there must be a reason for it, either the adhesive is already damaged due to some surface issue or the surface is just not suitable for a removable wallpaper.

One reason is a lack of ideal humidity conditions; over time, too much humidity can weaken the adhesive behind the paper. Inferior or an inadequate amount of glue could also be causing the problem, or perhaps small bubbles that didn't get smoothed properly during installation is to blame.Feb 10, 2021

I wall papered twice in the room and after about 12 months of repapering the paper starts peeling off. Marks tend to appear on the paper and when you touch the paper is like as if its damp. I am fed up with it.

Is the bedroom on the ground floor? If not, you can rule out rising damp, but not rule out penetrating damp. How well is the room heated and is it ventilated with open windows cos it could be condensation forming on the cold surface of the wall. With a few answers, may be able to advise.
