Urara, look into Goldwell's Elumen (I know, I suggest this brand so often now, it sounds like I'm their new paid spokesperson! but it *is* a great brand). Elumen contains no peroxide, no ammonia, and no PPD, so many with allergies to PPD are turning to this brand.

hmn, if you think it might be the azo dyes, rather than the PPD, then Elumen might not be for you - I believe it is also azo dye based, just longer lasting because of the patented process - hope it works out and you find a product you can use! allergies are nothing to sneeze at.
