Get a big magnet and separate the ferrous from the non-ferrous. The NF will be weighed separately on a scale and for the ferrous you'll have to drive over a weighbridge, dump then drive over again. Unfortunately a couple of kgs is unlikely to register so you will need to add a few old radiators and bits and pieces to make the trip worthwhile.
