11 months, 130 pounds down
Started this back at the end of November. I’m down to 230 as of this morning. Been floating between 230-240 for the last month. Started to lose again after the brief plateau. I can’t believe the difference a year makes.

And that’s not something you want to tell the world, no matter if it’s in the past, lol. BUT. I knew I was close (he’s lost weight the past year too) and he announced to a friend in passing that he weighs 256.
