Hi --I am the one doing "amazingly" well on the diet that JudyL mentioned. Gluten containing foods such as barley, whole grains, and nightshade foods are all high oxalate foods (soy included) when I cut out gluten foods, I got some better, but when I cut out high oxalate foods, the results have been AMAZING.
