I peeled the wallpaper off my bathroom. I want to use a good mold resistant primer/paint. Can Zinsser's Perma-white be used as a primer and paint together without the need for a topcoat? Can you recommend any other good bathroom primer/paint.? I also have Zinsser 123 primer at home, but I guess it needs a top coat.

Perma white is a finish paint. I would prime first with Gardz or Cover Stain to make sure any residual paste is locked down. You might get away with priming with the 123 if you feel you got ALL the paste off.
