Apparently hair dryers are either provided or are available. Understand that hair dryers consume considerable amounts of power and require an electrical circuit that can handle them. If an outlet is labeled "for shavers only", and electric shavers consume very little power, that circuit might not be able to handle the power demands of a blow dryer.

I've been on several Fantasy class ships, including the Ecstasy, and none have had hair dryers. I've heard you can request one from Guest Services, but I've never tried.
