We've had our NXR range for 3 years now and generally love it for its performance and simplicity. We have had ongoing issues with the burners, though, that are now really clouding the experience.

I'm pretty sure the NXR has the same type burners as my old-style Wolf. My burners clicked constantly whenever I set a pan on the burner. Try rotating the outer burner rings clockwise so that the little indented line on the ring is positioned further away from the spark igniter ...

My NXR DRGB 3001 oven wouldn't work...the glow bar wouldn't glow but..... I EASILY FIXED IT MYSELF!

Hi, I just had the igniter fail on my NXR range last night after 7 years of use and just ordered a new igniter after diagnosing it as the problem. What I did want to add which may help others is that it is very easy to remove the entire burner with the igniter attached so you can have easier access to it for removal without stripping the screws.
