So this is for a 5th gen T4R so it might be very similar with the 3rd Gen. Taco. Anyway...how in the world do you remove this idler no. 1 pulley. This is the lowest idler close to the AC compressor. The area very tight due to the oil cooler/filter housing. I cannot get enough leverage to put enough torque on it.

Long open/closed box wrench from the top right side. Or short open/close with additional wrench to double up on the end. I also have a cut down 14mm socket that goes on my 3/8 ratchet that fits in spots like that

You could also wait for oil change time and remove the oil cooler in your way while it was drained, leave the coolant lines connected though unless you wanna drain and fill that too.

Yup, the bolt is stripped. There is no way to remove it unless I take off the entire filter housing and one of the brace supports so I can get an offset impact wrench on it.
