According to the instructions provided on Hubitat's device compatibility page (and similar instructions found on online manuals) to reset a Leviton switch one presses the top part of the switch for 7 seconds (unless you are resetting a switch when you hold it for 14 seconds) and its light is supposed t turn amber.
- Hold the top of the paddle for 7 seconds. After 7 seconds the Locator LED will blink amber.
- Release the top of the paddle and the switch will reset.
- Once the switch has reset the Locator LED will blink green.
