After 2 years, you get a decent amount of pto

Overall, this company is sinking ship. Poor management and poor judgment. Everyone is worried about themselves. The company seems to care more about the customers than employees. Horrible environment and not enough coverage/ help.

Temporary job

It was great while it lasted. Had some issues with scheduling… they don’t all seem to communicate with each other. So it was often unclear when I was working. No benefits but pay was great for a temporary job.

Chill first job

I'm sure working at rite aid varies a lot by what location you're stationed at, and who you work with. Luckily I was put in with a good group of coworkers and managers so I had a good time working there.

The customers

They don’t care about their workers. There is no way to climb up and get promotions, your stuck at the level you applied to. A cashier and supervisor can make the same amount, and the supervisor has to run the whole store. Tuesdays is truck day.

Horrible and worst environment ever

Lowest pay for technicians and you are over worked to the max. Stay away at all costs. Poor management, hours are different every week so you can never plan your personal life in advance.

Poor communication from management

Was fun working as a vaccinator, but communication was poor. When vaccinators were no longer needed they just stopped responding to schedule requests.

Terrible Company

The pay was bad and some of the employees were terrible. The one pharmacist was incompetent, didn't perform job as required. One of techs was always rude and was reported but never disciplined .
