How long does it take to get an extension for a course?

A request for an extension to the course must be made within five days of the completion date of the course.

How long does it take to get a post-results review?

Only one review per assignment is allowed. Requests for a post-results review of marking should be made to Customer Service. You must apply within 35 days of the assignment being resulted.

Does the CII have aegrotats?

Please note that the CII does not provide aegrotats (which are awards made to candidates who are unable, through temporary illness, injury or indisposition, to complete all of the usual assessment requirements). For mixed assessment, please see exam policies which are also applicable.

A personalised learning statement provides a record of the units and resultant credits you hold which can be used towards completing CII qualifications. This includes both CII units and exams obtained through other awarding bodies (such as other professional bodies, universities etc.) that you have told us about.

Can anyone request a learning statement?

Both members and non-members can request a learning statement. Given that a learning statement is used as a reference to the credits and qualifications held with the CII, benefit would only be found in requesting one if some level of credits was held either through completing CII qualifications or through accreditation of prior learning.'
