Other than that no other required running. No they do not spray anyone with OC, the majority of institutions don't even carry it on a routine bases. if you are at a USP or one of the FCI's on the pilot programs they will train you there and there is still no requirement to get sprayed.

First BOP does not have an Academy. You attend the "Intro to Corrections Course" at Glynco and it is only 3 weeks long. They are way behind so most staff are not attending until 6-8 month time frame.
