UWorld doesn't. The NBME practice exams will accurately estimate your three-digit Step 1 score (with a +/- 10 point margin of error). UWorld question blocks won't. (Not to mention, the UWorld self assessment exams actually inflate your predicted USMLE score by 20 points!)
