Sophomore Success Program Exemption Process (SSPEP)
Students who joined a social fraternity or sorority during the Fall 2021 semester can request to live in the chapter facility during their sophomore year (2022-2023 academic year), however, both the student and the chapter must meet specific requirements in the Fall 2021 semester in order to be eligible for this exemption process.

2022 new member dues are expected to be approximately $600-$800. New member dues only apply to the first semester of membership, e.g. the Spring semester if joining the chapter in January. After the first semester of membership, "new members" are considered active members and typically see reduced costs.

Housing Rates
Housing rates vary based on room type and meal plan selections. Included in the total cost is a $375 non-refundable initial payment, which must be submitted with the license agreement to reserve housing. The $375 initial payment is deducted from the total amount due and is not a deposit.
Payments
Students with a 9-month license agreement pay in eight installments, August through April. Students with an 11.5-month license agreement pay in ten installments, August through June.
