We bake a slice of history into every loaf of our sourdough, using a portion of the original mother dough we've nurtured for over 166 years to start each and every batch. It takes up to 72 hours to make our handcrafted loaves from scratch to finish.

Boudin Sourdough is made with unbleached flour, pure water, salt, and some of the original mother dough, and does not contain any preservatives. Our breads will stay fresh at room temperature for as long as 2-3 days if they're kept away from heat and humidity.

Currently, the only vegan option on the permanent menu is the mixed berry sorbet bar, but the dark chocolate dip contains dairy. A long time ago, probably going on two years now, it was vegan, but they changed suppliers and I have been asking regularly, and each time they tell me it has dairy.
