What should you not use Flex Seal on?
We do not recommend using Flex Seal on foam. Some foams may react poorly with Flex Seal, and may warp or dissolve. We also do not recommend using it in situations where it is subjected to high heat or pressure (such as engine radiators) or gas tanks. We do not recommend the use of Flex Seal spray on vinyl.
Is Flex Seal 100% waterproof?
A: YES, it is an excellent waterproof sealant. Flex Paste can be used on windows, doors, vents, thresholds and so much more.
Does Flex Seal stick to anything?
Flex Seal can be used on almost every surface: wood, metal, tile, concrete, masonry, fabric, glass, plastic, aluminum, porcelain, drywall, rubber, cement, and vinyl. Plus, it won't sag or drip in the summer heat, and it won't crack or peel in the winter cold. It even prevents corrosion.

Can Flex Seal be removed?
Cloth requires a little more care when it comes to removing Flex Seal. Unlike metal, you shouldn't use acetone on something like a soft-material couch. Instead, use mineral spirits* to remove the Flex Seal. This time, don't scrub.
Is Flex Seal better than silicone?
These two options are both waterproof and weather resistant. If you are looking for a versatile sealant and can handle a range of gaps, a flex shot caulk might be a good option. If you are looking for an aesthetically pleasing and durable adhesive, silicone caulking might be the better choice.

Is there something better than Flex Seal?
